Welcome to the Coedpoeth Historical Society
The Society was formed in order to research & record the history of the village of Coedpoeth and
surrounding areas, we have collected a largeamount of photographs which are displayed at various events
and also have some cine film and sound files in our archive. If you have any that you think maybe of
interest to us please contact us.
All are welcome to our meetings which are held at 19:00 every 3rd Thursday of the month (except August & December) at:-

Objectives
The Society will research, collect, record, analyse, publish, display, and discuss any matter of historical interest relating to the township of Coedpoeth including the surrounding area and the neighbouring villages and settlements.
Any person who shows an interest in our activities shall be eligible to become a member.
The Society would be pleased to receive any stories that members feel will be of interest and are pertinent to the history of Coedpoeth and the surrounding area.
Similarly we would like to see any photographs and possibly scan them for reference and/or display.
